MEETINGS

Monthly meetings are held to hear from candidates, local leaders, or to organize and plan our next event.

Help support our candidates through canvassing, phone banking, and/or many other valuable opportunities. Through our actions and commitments, we strive to build a community rooted in compassion and mutual respect.

Are you interested in running for local office? While 2027 may seem far away, it's time to start thinking about it now.

In partnership with the Greater Palatine Area Democrats, Wheeling Township Democrats, and Barrington Area Democrats, we have 3 upcoming informational sessions.

Attend a Zoom meeting on August 13, October 23, and/or November 11. These will be just introductory sessions to give you the basics as you start to think about your campaign.

Elk Grove Village
Oktoberfest Parade

September 20

March with the Elk Grove Township Democrats at the Elk Grove Village parade on Saturday, September 20. Line-up begins at 1pm and kick-off is at 2pm.

The parade will begin at Tonne Rd and proceed west on Elk Grove Blvd to Lions Drive, concluding at the Oktoberfest festival grounds.

After the parade, we will meet at a local Democrat's house for food, drinks, and good conversation! Location provided upon RSVP.

We are asking individuals to renew their memberships for the Elk Grove Township Democrats. If you wish to become a voting member of the organization, please sign up! Memberships are $25 for an individual or $40 for a couple and last for one year. Become a member to help our organization continue to grow!
